Get to know possible reasons and how to fix it
Our ban system has three types of ban levels:
“Account level ban” by admin- Mainly initiated by admin in cases of “Terms of use” violations
“IP level ban” by admin- Mainly initiated by admin in cases of “Terms of use” violations after investigation and final decision of your account
“Account level ban” by system- An automatic process of system that bans your account in case of login record from banned IP without interference of admin
If you did not get any notification from us about your account “Under suspect” “Banned”- the possible reason of your ban is by security system from our side “Account level ban by system”
Case sample:
(Player A=Random player) – with IP 111.11.11 violated terms and got banned by level of account and IP ( initiated by admins)
(Player B= You)- Used public WiFi or any other internet access point with same IP 111.11.11 (That is already banned and related to Player A) to login your Lottgames Account/Game/Shop = Security system automatically reacts and bans your account without admin’s interference.
There are many possible reasons such as: Proxy, Vpn, Public/Shared wifi, wifi of your friend. As we mentioned in our case sample,as long as IP you use is banned and if you use a source of connection that might be used by other users -this may happen.
We understand that its hard to know for user whether IP of public WiFi/Vpn application been banned or not but here are some tips for you to reduce possibility of such problem situation:
- DON’T use Proxy
- If you often use VPN- Make sure you have private rented IP
- Use your own WiFi/Mobile Data instead of public ones
We understand that such situations may happen accidentally and have no fault of Player but we also have to follow our security matters to keep our platform FAIR for both side.
We can unban your account if its been banned by system accidentally due to IP issues. Just contact our support in telegram chat @LottGames with your user email. If the ban was initiated not by admin, we will unban your account
