BUG FOUND

Bug related to data/Wi-Fi off/on that caused multiplication of withdraw amount is found and will be fixed soon.
You probably realized that when u try to withdraw the coins from the game it gives you ERROR or just keeps loading but nothing happens. After that your game balance suddenly goes minus but lott-games balance gets more coins than original amount of withdrawal.

But we would not be able to find this bug without you, so we decided to make it fair-We won’t ban anyone or being angry:) We will deduct all coins that been earned by this abuse/bug. Rest of fairly earned coins will be remained on your balance.

All bugs will be fixed (within several days) and will require a forced update of all the apps. As well as we will disable shop for a period of bug fixing.
Further, using of old versions that contain this bug and intentional repeated requests with abused balance will cause ban of your account.

So wait for us to restore normal work of server as well as bug free release of games.

FAQ:

*You are SCAM!Are u scam?- No, we just go down for tech repair of issue that appeared today, and we were not informed about it till users started to abuse this bug.
*I had more coins than I have right now, why?- Some of your coins been earned by bug abuse, so it has been deducted from you. Check your email for more information about it.
*I got email notification of bug abuse, why? – because you accidentally or intentionally abused the system with a bug mentioned above.
*I got email notification of bug abuse, Would i be able to apply for gift exchange later?- Yes, as long as your coins been earned fair way.
*I can’t open shop page, why?-Shop will be disabled till we fix everything.
*My request of gift exchange canceled why?-All prize exchange requests that been submitted after detection of current bug will be/ were rejected till the moment we fix it.(So don’t create more job for us by sending us request with abused balance, especially if you are aware of it)
*I can’t withdraw my coins from the games, why?- this issue related to our server’s maintenance, you won’t experience this issue again once we fix all bugs and bring server to a normal operation.
*Why is server under maintenance?- Because we need to fix the bugs.
*When maintenance will be done and app goes back to normal?- It may take us several days, but we will try our best to finish ASAP. We will send announcement once it’s back.
*Why so long?- correcting the bug takes time as well as updating all games with new corrected API. All over Google play takes time to approve updates.

REMINDER:
*All balances that will be suspected of system abuse will be recalculated and deducted.
*All those users that send repeated request with abuse balance will be banned.
