72 hours past but I still did’t get my reward, Why?

  1. There is no point to texting or emailing us if 72 hours have not past yet!
  2. Check your SPAM folder for any notifications from our side related to ON-HOLD matter to your withdrawal request. If there are such, just act according to instruction given in the email and wait for our admins to process.
  3. If 72 hours past and u got none notifications from us, reply to the email confirmation email of your request with a warm reminder, or text us in Telegram support chat with your request confirmation number
