We are here to notify you that all requests that been made on 04.11.2022 are completely processed and paid out.

As it’s been mentioned before, our common time frame of request processing is 72 hours but because of the huge flow of requests at once (over 1800) we simply don’t have enough human resources to process all requests on time. We apologize for this and hoping for your understanding. Hopefully, all requests for 5.011.2022 and 6.11.2022 will be completely processed within next 2-3 days.

Users with these emails- We were not able to find you on our system because there are no accounts associated with mentioned emails! (All requests for prize exchanges must be with the same email that is associated with your Lott-Games account and your payment method) If in your prize exchange request you mentioned another Email that is not associated with your Lott-Games account= We could not find you in our system that automatically makes for us impossible to check your account and process your request.) Pls contact us by email with mentioned addresses to resolve your issues.

TO ALL USERS:

Many of you applied not according to the group of the resolve solution that we mentioned in our previous posts. It caused us much over load with work as well as it caused miss understanding among users. So pls dont be lazy to read our info and official posts.

Here we prepared FAQ to most asked questions.

  1. Value of my gift card is less than I applied all tho my request was approved, WHY?- 1. Your balance had over 1.5 millions, 2. You had abused transactions. So to avoid monkey job with cancelation of your request and making you to apply again accordingly, SHOP admin simply approved it but sent reward to you according to your group. Refer to our previous posts, it’s all mentioned there.
  2. I applied 2/3/4/5 gift cards within one request, but I got only 1 gift card or got less value gift card all tho my request was approved WHY?- Your balance had over 1.5 millions, 2. You had abused transactions. So to avoid monkey job with cancelation of your request and making you to apply again accordingly, SHOP admin simply approved it but sent reward to you according to your group. Refer to our previous posts, it’s all mentioned there.
  3. I applied several gift cards within several requests, I got only 1 gift card and never got emails for others WHY?- Your balance had over 1.5 millions, 2. You had abused transactions. So to avoid monkey job with cancelation of your request and making you to apply again accordingly, SHOP admin simply approved it but sent reward to you according to your group. All other requests automatically went to TRASH. Refer to our previous posts, it’s all mentioned there.
  4. My request got rejected/Canceled-The only reason in current situation why your request got reject is (You simply did not have enough coins on your balance) Your coins must be on main Lott-Games App, not in your mining game.
  5. I never got any emails from you about my requests- 1. Check your SPAM if still there is no email= you are one of those who applied with wrong/different email that is not associated with our system.
  6. My money on hold with PayPal, WHY?- We don’t know why, pls ask PayPal.
  7. Can you confirm transaction of Paypal that it releases my money?- No, we use automatic soft for massive payouts. We don’t have such buttons, and we are not willing to click a thousand times on a button. (Consider Binance as Payout next time)
  8. I earned my coins fair way, but I got less than I applied(I feel so unfair)- 1. We truly believe you are an honest user, we never expected such thing to happen, and it won’t happen again once we go back live (We are sorry) but we also hope for your understanding. There are many users that intentionally abused and now waiting to cashout bags of coins. We prefer to split a bit but to all rather than give all to abusers. It’s hard for both parties to prove whether coins earned fair way or through abuse way. So don’t get disappointed, we will fix everything and in the future you won’t experience such situations anymore! Put our project as a fun not as a job or source of living pls!
