Let’s clear some questions for the matter of shop reopening
1.I open shop, but it keeps bringing me back to main page, WHY?
Clean your browser (History/Cache/ cookies) and it will solve your issue.
2. I applied for gift exchange but no coins deducted from me as well as I did not get any gift WHY?
On preorder page/email notification, it’s clearly mentioned time of processing. That means all request processed in manual and upon approval your coins will be deducted from you.
3. I applied for PayPal gift card, I received it, but it’s on hold WHY? Can you help me with it?- We are not familiar with policies of PayPal, we don’t know why it’s on hold, once your request of gift exchange processed we won’t do any additional actions like confirming transaction for you to wave the hold. Pls don’t email address of sender, you won’t get reply cos we use special soft for automatic payment upon your request approved. If you don’t want to have holds, apply for other payment method.
4. I had much more coins and applied for higher value gift but got much less than that, WHY?
Refer to our previous posts, this may happen if your account had abuse transaction of coins, which gave a sign for SHOP admin to recalculate your balance and send prize according to your actual balance.
5. I send you email, DM (Facebook, Instagram) but you never reply! WHY?
There are 5 people in a team and 10000 users, simple math makes it simple that it’s almost impossible to reply everyone especially to those who ask same question to which we have answers on our WEBSITE, FAQ, TELEGRAM GROUP
We are a fresh project and it has been mentioned several times already. We were not prepared for such huge flow of new users, that’s why we are a bit disorganized of user support now days as well as our main goal of fixing bugs, adding new functionality takes most of our time. (In a short word, we are busy)
We will set up a support BOT with answers to all your questions and issues as well we will add more new info into our FAQ
So instead of waiting for a personal reply now, better don’t be lazy and go to our FAQ, see if there is an answer to your issue/question. If not, join our telegram group and ask USERS/ADMINS, we are pretty sure your question been answered there a dozen times already.
6. I don’t agree with Admin’s decision of my balance, I earned my coins fairly!!! You guys are cheating!!! You are SCAM!!! I will leave this project!!
Well this is our favorite part, and we would like to put everything in order shelf by shelf
*In our previous posts, we mentioned why it happened this way and what are the difficulties of this situation. Both parties can’t prove whether coins been earned fairly or not, but the fact is a fact that there was such a bug and many users abused the system. In our new updates it won’t happen again, so future gaming won’t bring such issues anymore.
*We tried to do our best to make it fair to all, that’s why everyone can apply for 5$. Pls understand it. The decision of admin is final and can’t be disputed.
* Since 15th of last month up to now our clear revenue from ads 147$ , requests of prize exchange over 1200. Now do simple math even 5$ to each user will make over 5000$ expense. This is what you call cheating and scamming? Its better to call FREE cash give away.
* We are not scams, and we are quite fair to every user. Mainly those who claim us scams, leave negative reviews/comments-are exactly those users who abused the system got 5-10-20-30-50 millions of coins and waiting in hope to get easy money.
