After 48 hours, we will close it again for recalculation of abused coins. So make sure you send request for your prize exchange within these 48 hours otherwise all coins of yours will be gone.

Don’t be rush with your emails to us “Why i still did not get my prize?” cos we will have many requests from many users. If you did everything right, you will get your prize for sure.

You always can check on status of your request by email notifications. If there are no email notification in your inbox- Check your SPAM. It’s common for them to get there.
